Nicholas attended Ionia Public Schools. "2 The Heart For Nick".
Nicholas is survived by his father, Joseph Bennett of Ionia; brothers, Kurt Smith of Prudenville and Aidan Perry of Mulliken; sister, Adysin Bennett of Ionia; grandmother, Kimberly Bennett of Ionia; grandparents, Dean and Sandy Burke of Prudenville; great-grandparents, Bob and Margaret Bennett of Ionia and Keith and Linda Eaton of Ionia; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Holly Bennett and grandfather, William Bennett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30 at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 29, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Interment at Denton Twp. Cemetery.
