Guido Grosso Obituary

Guido Del Grosso 1913 2010 Passed away on Sunday at the age of 97. The last survivor of 8 siblings, he is predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years, Dina and his daughter & son-in-law Anna Maria (William) Franco. He is survived by his loving children Gino (Laura) Del Grosso & Graziella (Gino) Sozzi; his cherished grandchildren Marco (Cristina) Del Grosso, Dennis (Michelle) Franco, & Roberto (Daniela) Franco; his adored 6 great-grandchildren; as well as many numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends in Italy, France, England, and the US. Guido lived a good life, being blessed with old age and good health. He loved to dance and his family adored him. Yes, he truly did it his way. Family and friends may visit after 4:00PM on Tuesday (TODAY) and are invited to attend the Vigil Service also on Tuesday (TODAY) at 7:30PM, all at the chapels of Valente Marini Perata & Co., 4840 Mission St., SF, 94112. A mass of Resurrection will be held on Wednesday at the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception, 3255 Folsom St., SF, at 10:00AM. Committal to follow at holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.vmpandco.com.
