Henriette Tomasello Obituary

Henriette Tomasello 1921-2010 A native San Franciscan, Heni passed away peacefully on Tuesday at the age of 89. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, James; her beloved children Gail Stines (Michael) & Jim Tomasello; her cherished granddaughters Marianne, Joanne, Tina, & Christine; adored 6 great-grandchildren; as well as other nieces, nephews, & dear friends. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Henis loving caregivers Anita & Elena. Heni was a longtime resident of the Portola District, where she attended and was active in St. Elizabeth church for a number of years. She was a longtime member of the Over 50 Club and very active in the French Colony. She will be missed by her family and friends. Family and friends may visit after 3:00PM on Thursday and are invited to attend the vigil service also on Thursday at 7:00PM and the funeral Friday at 9:30AM from the chapels of Valente Marini Perata & Co., 4840 Mission St., SF., thence to St. Elizabeth Church, corners of Somerset & Wayland Sts., SF, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM. Committal to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma. Online condolences may be offered at www.vmpandco.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Henriettes name to the Alzheimer's Association (1060 La Avenida, Mountain View, 94043).
