Mark and I have fond memories of Richard at the many ICF conventions that we attended over the years. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

I've known Richard since the late 90's when we both served on the National TRIO board. We hit it off well and became good friends. I will miss him. I guess I do already. Rita does also.

Lillian and Family,
Dick brought all of us so much joy and dedication. If he believed in someone or some cause, nothing stood in his way to make it happen. We are all better people for having known and loved him.
