I've known Richard since the late 90's when we both served on the National TRIO board. We hit it off well and became good friends. I will miss him. I guess I do already. Rita does also.

Dick brought all of us so much joy and dedication. If he believed in someone or some cause, nothing stood in his way to make it happen. We are all better people for having known and loved him.
