Dear Frankenstein family,
I just heard the sad news of Mrs. Frankenstein's death. Gene and I want to send our love to all of you. I have such warm and loving memories of Mrs. Frankenstein. She was such a gentle and loving woman..always the perfect lady in every way. As Ruthie's dear friend, I listened as Ruthie would tell me about her mother...she absolutely adored her and admired her. I constantly heard about thoughtful and loving things Mrs. Frankenstein did for Ruthie. I always felt so welcome when I joined family events and Mrs. Frankenstein's beautiful smile and generous spirit made me love her immediately. I fondly remember one time when she gave Ruthie two gift certificates to the Red Door..a very elegant spa in San Francisco. One was for Ruthie and one was for her...but as she didn't want to go, she told Ruthie to take a friend. Ruthie took me and told me that I would be "Inge" for the afternoon. As we took our seats in the waiting room, a lovely attendent called, "Inge, I'm ready for you". I, of course, just sat there..until Ruthie poked me and said, "That's YOU!!" I must say, I loved being Inge Frankenstein for that short time! If any of the grace and beauty of the real Inge rubbed off on me by simply taking her name for an afternoon, I would be a lucky lady! My thoughts and love reach out to all of you.
Much love,
Nancy

Inge has always been one of the warmest, classiest, loveliest woman I have ever met. Since I was a little girl, I have always looked up to her and been enamored by the beauty which exudes inside and out. I will greatly miss her!
