Evelyn Garibaldi Passed away peacefully at her home in San Francisco on Monday, December 6th, 2010, just six days before her 96th birthday. Beloved aunt of Geralyn Roberts, Joan Morris, and their families. Remembered with love by many caring cousins. Born and raised in San Francisco, Evelyn graduated from Balboa High School. She worked for ER Squibb as an executive secretary for 36 years. Eligible but not interested in retirement when the company moved to southern California, Evelyn became an executive secretary at the SF Chronicle for 17 more years. She loved her work and creatively tackled the many challenges presented to her. She was a fun loving, caring, and generous woman. Many will remember her favorite dogs, Jamie and Penny, always by her side. Friends may visit Sunday, December 12th, from 3:00-6:00 pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City with a Rosary starting at 4:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 pm at Duggan's. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma. Contributions may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
