Robert Gorrebeeck Obituary

Robert Gorrebeeck Passed away peacefully on October 21 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 56yrs to Ida Gorrebeeck; loving father of Brenda Brewer, Keith Gorrebeeck and Teresa Gorrebeeck; caring grandfather of Angela Rios and great grandfather of Shay Rios and Vaeda Crawford. Robert was a native San Franciscan who attended Balboa High School and later joined the US Navy and fought in the Korean War. He lived in Daly City for over 50 years and retired as a High Rise Window Washer Union Local #44. Family and friends may visit Monday from 3-9pm and are invited to attend the Rosary Service at 7pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY 500 Westlake Avenue Daly City. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:30am at St. Andrew Church 1571 Southgate Ave., Daly City. Burial to follow at Italian Cemetery, Colma.

Ida, Brenda, Keith and Terry,
I am so sorry for your loss. I always considered your family as my second family. We shared alot of fond memories throughout the years and it has been a number since we last saw one another. My heart goes out to you all.
I will alway remeber Bob and his "Can't you read the sign" when there was no sign.....Or the countless hours he spent working on those jig-saw puzzles....
He will join my father in the here after.....
