Diane Endom Obituary

Diane Worth Endom Was the first child of loving parents Herbert W. Kinney and Ruth Kinney, both hard working children of the Great Depression. She died peaceably on November 1, 2010, after a short battle with Colon Cancer. Diane grew up in San Francisco, attending Lawton Elementary School, Presidio Middle School and was a graduate of Lincoln High School of San Francisco. She went on to hold a variety of business positions in the real estate and mortgage industry. Diane was, and always remained a native San Franciscan, never straying far from the place she was raised in the Sunset District. Although beset with several medical conditions that were challenging over the past decade, she always maintained her sense of humor and concern for her family and friends. She is survived by her children Greg Endom, Michele Bennett, David Endom and Ken Speakes; her longtime companion Tom Daly, brother Don Kinney, and ex-husband Charles Endom. Diane's spirit and wit will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her doting Grandmother Alice G. Collins. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society, or the Alzheimer's Association would be welcome.
