Louise Dewald Obituary

Louise A. Dewald May 25, 1908 - August 10, 2010 Louise passed away peacefully on August 10, 2010 at the age of 102 years old. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on May 25, 1908, daughter of Charles and Mary Berry. They had two sons and four daughters. Louise was the third child and the last of the six children. When Louise married Thomas DeWald they moved to San Francisco over 70 years ago. Her husband worked for PG&E and predeceased her in 1972. Louise worked for J. Walter Thompson for 33 years and volunteered at SL Anne's Home for many years. Louise lived her last 58 years in Parkmerced and rode the #17 Bus often. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Charles Berry, Marilyn (Berry) Mazone, Sandra (Bullock) Howder, Craig Bullock and Dennis Bullock (Liz). Louise had arranged for her ashes to be scattered in San Francisco Bay. A celebration of her life will be planned at a later date in Southern CA.
