Ney interviewed me for a job with the FCC back in 1966. I turned him down for the job, but remained friends for many years. A great man and sorry to hear of his passing.

Do you see that smile?  Ney always had that smile when he greeted his staff. I will always remember Ney with fond memories. He was one of my favorite bosses!
