Noli was a loving Aunt to my older brother and I, as well as to our cousins overseas. She was also a fun loving, very independent person who inspired people. She has simply moved on to a higher level of existence, and is still very much alive in our hearts and minds, always.

To the Family of Noli,
My deepest sympathy to the family of Noli. I had the pleasure of meeting Noli when she worked at the EPA. She always had a smile on her face and was very kind. May the memories of Noli always be cherished in our heart. She will be deeply missed by her friends at EPA.
Love, Anita Bonifacio
