Norma Bercovich Obituary

Norma Jean Bercovich

February 20, 1934 - September 15, 2015

Our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend Norma Jean Cooper Bercovich passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 15, 2015. Norma is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Alfred Bercovich, children, Debbie Siskin and Larry Bercovich, son-in-law and daughter-in-law, Bob Siskin and Ruth Bercovich, grandchildren, David Siskin, Rachelle Siskin and Elizabeth Bercovich.
Norma was born in San Francisco on February 20, 1934 to Ann Doris and Henry Cooper. She had a brother Ron Cooper who has preceded her passing. Norma lived in the Bay Area for all of her 81 years. It is where she met the love of her life Alfred Bercovich and was married on June 14, 1953. The Bay Area is where she raised her family and enjoyed a career in Interior Design, being a member of the ASID. Norma's tremendous talents have graced many of the most beautiful homes in the Bay Area.
Our hearts are broken by her passing, but we are comforted in the knowledge that her beauty, wisdom, kindness, and loving spirit will live on, as a blessing, in our memories for the rest of our days. We request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 11:00 am at Salem Memorial Park, Colma.
