Dear Joan:

Like so many of us who worked with Paul at Forbes, I was saddened to hear of his passing. I still have some notes from meetings with him about some question the answer of which alluded me until I could corner Paul. He will truly be missed by all who knew him and with whom he shared his extensive knowledge and good humor.

Dear Joan,

So sorry to hear of Paul's passing. Mike Holms told us at the Forbes Alumni Luncheon at Schroeder's Restaurant this past Wed. I thought it rather fitting, as the last time I saw you and Paul was at one of the monthly luncheons at Schroeder's a few years back, although it seems not that long ago. While I didn't work alot with Paul directly, I always enjoyed mixing with him at partners' meetings and other functions. I thought Paul had a very subtle sense of humor and always like hearing him laugh.

Judy and I extend our concdolences to you and your family. He is already missed and the pain is new. But the pain will lessen and manifest itself into all the memories that you and your family have of Paul never to be forgotten. I was privileged to know Paul for the time I did.

God Bless you all.
