Hi Barbara,
I'm saddened as we all are by the loss of our Dear Bill. He's been such a good friend. I feel so very lucky to have spent time with him and you these last few years, and especailly to have shared music with him. He taught me new stuff each time I played for him.
God Bless you and your family.

Dear Barbara, Chrissy, Vicki and Mark,
By chance I read your husband's and stepfather's obituary this morning. It's been many years since we've seen each other but I've never forgotten you. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope Mr. Barnes enriched and empowered all your lives. He will be a part of you always.
I'm writing in your guest book in part to say I don't quite understand the pain of the death of a husband or parent yet, but Sean was killed in an automobile acccident six months ago, so grief and I are well acquainted. I offer my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to you all. I don't think broken hearts ever truly mend but trust that time will diminish some of the pain. Be well.
Fondly, Loni Mahan Reynolds

I knew Bill thru The Family: he was my camp-mate. His presence enlivened our deck; his spirit is still admired.
