JOE BARBO

JOE BARBO A lifetime resident of Redlands, died of natural causes at his home on October 30, 2010. He was born May 20, 1935, he was 75. He was the last surviving sibling of five children. Joe was born and raised in Redlands, and attended Redlands schools. He retired from Weyerhaeuser Co. after 34 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Julia Ann. In December they would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. He is also survived by his daughters, Judy Barbo-Partain and Jo Barbo of Redlands; daughters and sons in-law, Marie and Ralph Torres of Redlands, Julie and Michael Garcia of Mentone; his grandsons, Richard Rivera and Joey Garcia; and great granddaughter, Anabelle Rivera. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. and Memorial Service at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Ave., Redlands, CA. Interment will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 5, 2010, at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in Colton, CA. Family under the care of Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, Redlands, CA.
