BRIAN ARMSTRONG Obituary

47, of Upland passed unexpectedly September 28, 2010 at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, Pomona. Brian was born August 20, 1963 in Sioux City, Iowa and was a resident of Upland for 33 years. Brian graduated Montclair High School in 1981 and attended Chaffey College. He was a Carpenter & Repairman employed by Hope Resource Group, Claremont. Brian's craftsmanship and personable skills left an indelible mark on many homes and people in the community. Brian is survived by 2 children & 1 granddaughter - daughter Amanda Armstrong of Seattle, WA; son Sgt. Chad Armstrong, U.S. Army, accompanied by daughter-in-law Kim and granddaughter Kayla, Manchester, CT; his parents - Doris & Bob Armstrong of Upland; 8 siblings - Coreena Armstrong, Upland; Ginger Holt, Mt. Pleasant, TX; Lori Garrobo, Upland; Penny Finch, Helendale; Jason Armstrong, Wrightwood; Kenneth Armstrong, Tehachapi; Robert "Buddy" Armstrong, III, Moreno Valley; Randy Armstrong, Victorville. He leaves behind many nieces & nephews. Memorial Service will be 10am Saturday (10/16/10) at Stone Funeral Home. Private Inurnment. Stone Funeral, Upland in charge of arrangements.

I'm in shock about Brian's death. We were total buddies in high school. To Amanda, his daughter, I live in Centralia, Washington, if you need anything. I'm so sorry for your loss.
