I have so many memories of Barbara...our families were friends for many, many years. Barbara was a wonderful, beautiful person---she was sweet, kind and gentle--you always felt welcome in her home. We had many great weekend's at Barbara & Joey's---Barbara was a wonderful cook and had a God given talent for entertaining! My Mom and Barbara were friends for many years....they loved to go "junking" and could find a priceless antique for 50 cents! They could laugh and talk for hours...they were great buddies! For me, that is one of the sweetest memories of the "old days"!
So today I am thinking of Barbara with happiness and joy....happiness because she had the greatest love of her life, Joey, and 4 WONDERFUL children. And Joy, because she is in heaven and at peace.
My love and sympathy to Karen, Buddy, Julie, Charlie and your family and friends.
