To Sheila, Stacy, Scott, and all Dorothy's Grandchildren and family,

Dorothy was one of my best friends, my Godmother, and one of the dearest people I have ever known. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Dorothy helped so many people and told me that she knew God had asked her to live her life to serve and help others. She did that in spades, and you are lucky to have had such a champion. She loved each of you so dearly, and spoke of her family with the utmost love, respect, and acknowledgement of each of your unique qualities. Thank you all for sharing her with us. I will always love her, and know she is enjoying the next stage of her journey, though we all will never be the same without her. Dorothy spent the last decade reading the lives of the saints, and continuing to help those who she felt needed a hand, a lesson or two, and a push! A true community activist, a good mother and grandmother, a loving wife and a loyal, loving, and true friend. God bless Mrs. Dorothy Clair Paul, the Cleveland gal who came west and changed us all.
Lovingly,
Dr. Catherine Al-Meten
