I met Jason when I booked his band for the 2009 Relay For Life in Chino. He was so nice and everyone enjoyed the band. I was saddened when I read the news of his death. I am so glad that he is part of my memories. My positive thoughts and love go out to Jason's family and friends.

Hey Jason I know it has been a while since we have seen or spoke to each other but I thought it would be appropriate to do this. It has been a long time since the Oak Ridge and Townsend days but I still remember you like it was yesterday. I also remember going to Cal Poly basketball camp with you and Richie and us playing for hours on end. Thank you for always being in good spirits and always having a smile.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Jason. I knew him well in high school and went to prom with him our senior year. He was such an extraordinary person, someone I could depend on, and such an inspiration. I'll never forget you Jason and I hope you're jamming away with your guitar up in heaven right now.

I'm flooded with the memories I have of our time together Jason and I'm so grateful that I have those memories to cherish forever. There is something that we were supposed to do together but we never got the chance to and that's play guitar. I will play guitar Jason and when I do I know you will be sitting next to me in spirit doing what we never got the chance to do when you were here. I love and miss you dearly and I know I'll see you soon.
