June Wolfe Obituary

JUNE MARION WOLFE
SPIRIT IS SOMETHING THAT NO ONE DESTROYS

On November 11, 2010, June Marion Wolfe entered God's arms peacefully.

Born in New Jersey to Donald and Margaret Smith, she is survived by her loving brother, Donald Smith; her children, Karen Blume, Ray Wolfe (Jody), Cindy Walroth (Terry), and Bill Wolfe; her grandchildren, Erich, Matthew, Jack, Ashley, Hunter, Hayden and Kylie; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Finnegan. Her love was unwavering. For those who knew her, June always remembered with love and total devotion her husband and our father Raymond, our sister Laurie and our brother Eric, who preceded her in death.

For the last 22 years she resided in Ventura County where she was an active member in her church and Eastern Star. Our mom was always thinking of others in making the path easier for those who remain behind. With much love to our mother we honor you.

Celebration of life service on December 4, 2010, 2:30 p.m., at the St. George Anglican Church located inside the Seventh Day Adventist facility at 6300 Telephone Rd., Ventura, with a reception to follow at her home. Please call with any questions and/or directions (805) 253-0648.

Dear June, I didn't know you very well; but I know your family, and through them, you. Through them, I see that you created a beautiful, loving family. You honored them with your love, joy, and happiness and in return, they surrounded you with their love. Not many people are blessed with that. May God Bless you for leaving an unforgettable dash on this earth and leaving behind a wonderful family that will never forget you.

Dear Mom,

My heart is breaking from missing you. I am glad for all of the wonderful times that you and I spent together. All of the lunches we were able to enjoy just you and I at the beach. All of the fun dinners that us three girls got to enjoy with you. All of the cocktails we drank together, all of the scrable games we were able to play. All of the times you and I just got to sit together. I have been blessed to have you for 81 years to really have you be such a HUGE part of my life. I love and honor you forever.

Grandma June, where do I start? You were a great Mother-in-law and even a great friend after Bill and I split. You were an awesome grandmother to my children and all your grandkids. You used to buy me presents for my birthday and Christmas but after I had Serena and Brandon it was all about them and they even called you Grandma June. It is a very sad time and you will be dearly missed by Ponch, our kids and by me!

Mom, I miss and love you dearly each morning when I wake up I expect you are still downstairs sleeping, reading the paper or up in the kitchen waiting for the coffee to finish. Always tell me to “Have a good day” when I leave the house. Never thought I would say it is too quiet, But, YES it is too quiet. We are so blessed to be your children and to have lived with you these last few years. We are blessed that you had your health after four strokes and could share good times with us all, that you kept the spirit of dad and Laurie alive in our hearts with your stories. You are missed each minute of each day and always will be… Love you More Mom, Karen

TO My Dear Aunt June, I will miss your notes, your cards, your family photos, your emails, and your calls. I cannot recall a time you missed sending me words of love on a special occasion. Last we spoke was full of laughter. I have saved all the cards you sent me throughout the years. I will cherish them for the rest of my life. I miss you My Aunt, my Godmother. I know you are with the Lord. I love you for always x Corinne
