LOUISE JEAN BENNETT

Age 82, passed away peacefully October 15, 2010. She was born June 27, 1928 to Edward and Maude Houy. Upon graduating from Herbert Hoover High, she began a long career with Security Pacific Bank and soon met a customer, Keith Bennett. They decided on a joint account and shared their lives in marriage for the next 46 years. Keith passed away in 2002. Louise loved tennis. She enjoyed volunteer work at the Glendale Police Dept. and loved reading and decorating her house. All of us will forever miss her upbeat personality. Louise is survived by a step-son, Duane Bennett (Judy); niece, Debra Jarbo; nephew, Danny Houy (Kathy). Private burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in North Hollywood. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Glendale Police Officers Association.
