Mary Jane Young Obituary

YOUNG- Mary Jane, a long-time
resident of the Pasadena area, died
Thursday the 16th of September,
2010.
Born in 1929 in Hagerstown,
MD., the daughter of Wayne and
Iva Crider, Jane was raised in
Hagerstown and received a
Bachelor of Science degree in
Physical Therapy from Sargent
College in Boston in 1950.
„Jane practiced physical therapy
in the Washington DC area and
then moved to the Pasadena area
in the early 1950's. She married
her late husband Thomas Young
in 1953. She was a physical
therapist in the Pasadena area
until retiring in the late 1990's.
She spent her retirement years in
both Pasadena and Lake
Arrowhead.
She is survived by her children
Stephen (Angela), Doug (Cindy),
Judy (Robert), and Thomas (Chi),
grandchildren Sarah, Emily, and
Eric, and her brother Wayne
Crider.
A private service will be held
for the family. Memorial gifts
may be made to the the
Mountains Humane Society
