Ralph Miller Obituary

MILLER-Ralph E. Miller, born in Pasadena, CA, December 17, 1937, died September 10, 2010, in Carson City, Nevada. Mr. Miller lived in Pasadena until 1998. He graduated from Pasadena High School in 1955 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1961. Mr. Miller obtained an undergraduate degree from California State University at Los Angeles and a master's degree from the University of Redlands. He worked for many years in hospital administration, especially human resources management. His employers included St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, Torrance Memorial Hospital, and Beverly Hospital in Montebello. He is survived by two sons, George and Robert; three grandchildren, Alexa, Calloway, and Grace; and two sisters, Suzanne McDonald and Kathleen Wild. He was a member of Neighborhood Church (Unitarian-Universalist) in Pasadena. No services are planned. Contributions to Alzheimer's disease research in his honor would be most appropriate.
