Keller, Arline A.

Arline A. Keller, 88, of Sheboygan Falls, and formerly of Kohler, died on Friday evening, June 8, 2012, at Pine Haven Residential Home where she had resided for the past five years.

Arline was born on July 13, 1923, in Brillion, the daughter of the late Herman and Anna (Grave) Jandrey. Arline graduated from Brillion High School. On June 12, 1943, she married Eugene Keller in Brillion. Arline, together with her husband owned a farm in the Town of Greenville following their marriage. Later in their marriage they owned and operated a motel in St. Petersburg, Florida. Eugene preceded her in death on April 2, 1998. Arline was a longtime crossing guard in Kohler.

Arline was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Kohler where she taught Sunday school and was a part of the Altar Guild. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and crocheting. She and her husband enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the United State and made three memorable trips to Germany and Austria. Arline cherished time she could spend with her family.

Arline is survived by three sons, James (Ann) Keller of Kohler, John (Peggy) Keller of Sheboygan, and Charles (Elizabeth) Keller of Kohler; seven grandchildren, Denise (Paul) Kochan, Kimberly (Carl "Cully") Bridenhagen, Kristine (Brian) Faucher, Katie (Jason) Fortuna, Kari Keller, Stephanie (Phillip) Krause, Timothy (Rebecca) Keller; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Luella (Harold) Steinbach of Kaukauna; four sisters-in-law, Alice Jandrey of Potter, Joyce Jandrey of Collins, Rosemary Jandrey of Manitowoc; and Virginia Peters of Greenville.

Arline was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters-in-law, Janice Keller and Ann Keller; two sisters, Elvira Korth and Bernice (Harold) Schultz; three brothers, Elroy, Harold, and Victor (Vivian) Jandrey; and one brother-in-law, Richard Peters.

A funeral to celebrate Arline's life will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kohler at 11 am on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 with the Rev. Robert Steele officiating. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery in Kohler.

Friends and family may gather at the church on Wednesday from 9 am until the time of the service at 11 am.
