Calvin Gadzinski Obituary
Calvin Campbell Gadzinski, 23, of Grosse Pointe, MI, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 20, 2014. He was born on June 29, 1991. Calvin was a 2009 graduate of Grosse Pointe (Michigan) South High School. While in high school, he was on the freshman football team and the track and field team. He also traveled to China with a school group in 2008. After high school, he attended Michigan State University. He worked in construction for the Monahan Company. Calvin enjoyed spending time with friends, cooking and reading.
Loving son of Cary Gadzinski and Lynn Campbell Gadzinski. Dear brother of Robert Gadzinski. Beloved grandson of Susan and Alan Gadzinski and Mildred and the late Robert Campbell. Nephew of Nicole (Michael) Slupski, Jill (Jerry) Krutzik, Scott (Tara) Campbell, Kellene (Kurt) Duerksen, and Leila (Barry) Unrein. Also survived by many cousins and friends.
A memorial service for Calvin will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Schneider Funeral Home & Life Tributes (123 South Street, Plymouth). Friends may call on Saturday at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in Calvin's name. Final resting place will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Please visit www.verheyden.org to sign the guestbook.
