Scott Popovich Obituary
Scott A. Popovich, Sr., 46, of Manitowoc, passed away early Saturday morning, December 12, 2015.
Born August 30, 1969 in Sheboygan, Scott was a son of Diane E. Sohre Popovich and the late Dr. Robert P. Popovich. He attended area schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1988.
Scott worked different jobs in the Sheboygan area over the years, including Bemis Manufacturing and the Kohler Company. He was currently enrolled online and taking classes through the U.W. Wisconsin and would have earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in two weeks. He loved music and playing the drums in a local band.
He is survived by his son, Scott Popovich, Jr., Sheboygan; his mother, Diane Popovich, Sheboygan; his significant other, Michelle Schuller, Manitowoc; his brothers and sister, Kathleen (James) Noel, Austin, TX, Steven (Kathryn) Popovich, Little Chute, Robert Popovich, Houston, TX, and Michael (Andrea) Buffaloe, Austin, TX; his Step-Mother, Lou Ellen Popovich, Austin, TX; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father and grandparents.
A gathering to celebrate Scott's life will take place at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue on Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Scott's arrangements.

The only music store where kids weren't followed around. We appreciated that. Scott turned us in to so many different types of music. Stuff we never heard of. Let us hang out side the store. Just was a really cool guy. Thoughts and condolences to diane and the family

Words can not describe what a wonderful warm hearted soul Scott was. He touched so many people's lives. A great man and a loss to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. My deepest sympathies to the family also to all of his friends who were family too!!! Soar with the eagles now my friend!!!
