Ronnie Pledger Obituary
A native of Cleveland County, he was born April 4, 1966, son of Larry Gene Pledger, Sr. and Patsy Jones McLaurin.
He had a love of fishing and loved his family very much, especially his daughter and grandson.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mildred Pearson.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Amanda Pledger and fiancé Matt Hickok of the home; four sisters, Patty Mullinax of Blacksburg, S.C., Chrissy Lail of Mooresboro, Teresa Melton of Forest City, and Rhonda DeGunion of Atlanta, Ga.; one brother Larry Pledger Jr. of Blacksburg, S.C.; one grandson, Zackary Hickok of the home; and his step-mother Pat Pledger.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and other times at the home
Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Thursday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel of Shelby
