Phyllis Duvall Obituary

GAFFNEY, S.C.--Phyllis Jean Mullinax Duvall, 73, of 404 Pecan Street, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at her residence.
Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of the late Grady Ray Duvall, and was the daughter of the late Roscoe Mullinax and Lona Moss Mullinax Fowler, and stepdaughter of the late Talmadge Fowler.
Mrs. Duvall retired from Hoechst Celanese and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving is a son, Kenneth Duvall and wife Debbie of Gaffney, S.C.; a granddaughter, Suzanne Duvall and boyfriend Jose Alcantara; and a great-grandchild, Carter Shane Alcantara.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Ann Duvall; and a sister, Helen.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Blakely Funeral Home. The family will also be at the residence, 404 Pecan Street, Gaffney, S.C.
Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Blakely Funeral Home Chapel
Officiated By: Mr. Mike Duvall and Mr. Ashby Blakely
Burial: Frederick Memorial Gardens
