To Mr. Hanna's "girls" and all the family, may you find comfort in the many memories that people share with you about how your Dad made a difference in our lives ~ as a friend, businessman, public official & leader, confident American, supporter of law, order & emergency personnel, avid LSU fan AND life-long family man! He was a Shreveport star and his legacy will shine on, and on, and on.......

It was a pleasure working for Mr Hanna in the 70's. He was a man with class that ran a top notch dealership. My condolences to the family.

Billy hired me in 1970 to work for BIll Hanna Ford I worked for Hanna Ford for 15 years. I learned an awful lot about the car business from Billy and will always be grateful to him for helping me. My prayers are with his family at this time RIP Billy.

Steffi will know this one, as will Shelley, Kristi and Cindy. Riding in a winnebago to an LSU game, Billy's four girls and Daddy's (Bill Payne) four girls. The Hanna girls helped the Payne girls come up with lyrics to the Hanna "jingle" out at the time, "Hey look'em over" ; changed wording to cover plumbing for Payne Company. That was the best time with Mr. Hanna and Daddy and I think of it often, and still know the words to the song we eight made up!! I love Billy Hanna and my love and prayers go out to you all.

Billy and Kenneth gave me my very first opportunity as a young man fresh from college & supported me completely. For that I am eternally grateful. Billy was always a great gentleman and so gracious. Even when I was broad-sided in his BMW demo! When Kenneth & I called him he very calmly said, "it's ok Ken, just let me know when it's out of the shop". I was so shocked &grateful. I now have a great career with one of the "Big 3" and have always been very proud to say that I got my start working for the Hanna family. God's speed Mr. Hanna.
