Randall C. Tate

Shreveport - A Memorial Service for Randall Craig Tate, 57, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, LA, with Bro. Don Tinsley officiating.

Randall was born February 18, 1960, in Shreveport, LA to Virginia Foxell Tate and Norville J. Tate and went to be with his Lord and Savior September 17, 2017, in Shreveport. He loved the outdoors, and looking for arrowheads was one of his passions, as well as canoeing and gardening. Randall was an avid duck hunter and fisherman.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Linda Lipscomb. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Tracy Tate; sons, Cody Tate and Brian Tate; stepson, Jeremy Leach; sisters, Carol Trahan, and Connie Tate; brothers, William Tate and Roy T. Tate; grandchildren, Wesley Tate, Gauge Garner, Waylan Garner, Landon Tate, Bryson Stewart, Dawson Leach and James Leach; and his beloved hunting dog "Buck" Tate.

The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
