SIDNEY — Paul Edward Billups, 78, 431 E. Lyndhurst St, Sidney, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at 5:30 a.m. at his home.
He was born on June 15, 1936, in Greenup, Kentucky, the son of the late Earl and Martha (Adkins) Billups.
On Sept. 7, 1955, Paul married Georgia Bowling, who survives along with daughter, Wanda Heydle, of Sidney; son, David (Felicia) Billups, of Perrysburg; two sisters, Eldean (Jack) Adkins and Glenna (Bob) Fast, both of Tipp City; one brother, Carl (Donna) Billups, of Greenup, Kentucky; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave., Sidney, with Pastor Harold Liess and the Rev. Philip K. Chilcote officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Wilson Hospice Care in Paul's memory.
