Andrew blessed my classroom, as a student, in his Junior year. His joy was an honest, open jubilant joy. He shared of himself openly and freely. His laughter and happiness was shared with those who he interacted with, daily. I will not ever forget him because of his rambunctious ways. With all of his energy, he was a fun person to know; never did he mean to interfere or offend. Always, he meant to give of himself to the betterment of others, to increase their levity, and make a positive difference in their lives. His spirit will not be lost on the lives he touched. My prayers to his family and friends, as they work to understand this tragedy, and find the courage to move forward as Andrew would have. Andrew faced many obstacles, yet never allowed himself to consider being defeated. he was a strong spirit! RIP

Although I didn't know Andrew well, I remember him well from the SR cross country races giving his all. My son ran with him and we both enjoyed the video clips Andrew made of the runners. Please know that we send our heartfelt condolences.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Andrew was a very outgoing and very passionate person when it came to his love of theater and film. He was always one to be the first to volunteer for everything he could in hopes of learning as much as possible. His passion and love of life always brought smiles to everyone's faces, which contributed to his overall uniqueness. He was a great student and had the talent to get the most out of life. He will be greatly missed.

To the Chan Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Andrew was an inspiration to me and many others who had the privilege of knowing him on the cross country and track team at SRHS.
