CHOSID, GENEVIEVE Genevieve Bierman, Chosid "Chase", nee Wright, December 27, 1921 to October 16, 2010. Born in Chicago, IL, graduate of Von Steuben High School - 1939. Long term resident of University City, MO and Plantation, FL. Final city of residence San Diego, CA. Beloved Mother of Brent (Baruch) and Dominiq Bierman of Eilat, Israel, Steven and Wieslawa Bierman of Roselle, IL, and Rebecca Bierman and Patric Lester of St. Louis, MO and San Diego, CA; stepmother to Jeffrey and Claire Chosid of St. Louis, MO; grandmother of Eric Ames of Tampa, FL, Marc Bierman of Louisville, KY, Stacey Meinen and Matt Meinen of St. Louis, MO, Carrie Chosid and Alex Chosid of St. Louis, MO; great-grandmother of Blake and Caleb Ames of Tampa, FL, Ian Bierman of Des Moines, IA, and Adyson Meinen of St. Louis, MO; aunt and great-aunt of a host of loving relatives in Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, and Florida. Professional Actress for over 50 years. Respected member of A.F.T.R.A., Actor's Equity, and S.A.G. "Gal of Many Voices", a versatile performer whose career included a variety of starring and ancillary roles on stage, in film on radio and T.V. She was able to light up any room she entered with her bubbly personality and love of her fellow human beings. She passed on peacefully, without pain. She will be sorely missed by her many friends and associates and is loved by us all.

To Genevieve's Family:

Genevieve was a lovely and talented lady who did so much to entertain so many over so many years. As an AFTRA board member for years I always appreciated her support of our mutual union. Her husband Gene was helpful to me in the early 1950s as I was just getting started in radio. It's a sad time.
