DUNN, JOAN SPAETH Joan Spaeth Dunn, age 79, passed away Monday, September 27, 2010. Loving wife of the late Cyril E. Dunn; dear mother of Jane, Michael, Thomas, Daniel and James, dear stepmother to Barbara, Jane Ellen, Thomas and Cyril; devoted grandmother of Jennifer and Mark Lavoie, Kelly Knowles, Kenneth and Laurel Patterson; dear great-grandmother of Emily; dear sister of John and Susan. Funeral Mass on Friday, October 15th, at 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 11451 Blue Cypress Drive, San Diego, CA 92131, (858) 653-3540. Family will receive visitors from 9 a.m. at the church. Interment at sea in the afternoon will be a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure charity (www.komen.org) in appreciation of her status as a breast cancer survivor.
