I remember John well.
I too am a native San Diegan and was also a Phi Sig at our alma mater USC. I also had beer experience as driver/helper for San Diego Ice and Storage during summer vacations. I joined the Teamsters, got a chauffeurs license, and delivered Lucky Lager and Coors to the many bars and restaurants between SD and Camp Pendleton. Pay and fringes were good. John keep his car at the Phi Sig parking lot and in Fridays we´d drive south in his car. I don´t recall the make and model put it was top of the line. John had a great sense of humor. I´ll miss him.

So sorry to hear about Uncle John. I always enjoyed my stays with him and Aunt Alice, especially when the fair was in town. I still smile and think of those times when I pass the fairgrounds. . . Uncle John you will be missed! -Kristana Jenson, niece.

I was sorry to hear of John's passing...he was a good friend for many years both social and business.
