Dear Sauer family,
I was saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. He was one of those larger than life type's of friends. I have not seen him in many years but I will always remember the great times we all had at the neighborhood partys and on our desert trips. He had a lot of good friends and that says a lot about who he was. May you all cherish the memories he left you as I will. God bless you all!

Dear Sauer family,
It was with great saddness that the Beane family heard of Kevin's passing. Our prayers have and will continue to be with you.
For myself, there are very few friends that are so close that I consider them to be family, Kevin was one of them and I have lost a brother also. Having been to the services for both your father and mother, I know you will be celebrating Kevin's life rather than morning his passing and Kevin would'nt have it any other way. One particuliar line from Kevin's obituary rang true to me - Kevin was a true life force, a loyal brother, uncle and friend.

Dear Sauer Family:
We were very saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. We have fond memories of growing up with Kevin, desert trips, lots of laughter. We were friends in different phases of our lives. Jerry remembers meeting Kevin for the first time in second grade. After getting into a bit of trouble, the teacher said "you two will never be in the same class again" - and she was right. We never had another elementary, junior or high school class together. He will be missed. Our hearts go out to you in this time of sadness.

I'm so sorry to hear that the feisty and amusing little brother to my friend Bruce Sauer did not manage to outlive us both. He certainly deserved to have the last word.
