Phil Hoffman
November 27, 2010
We are so sad to hear of Dick's passing away. He was an excellent person and gentleman and a true patriot who served our country admirably in his naval career. He contributed greatly to our Whispering Ridge community. We enjoyed his company very much and know he will be so greatly missed by all his family. Please accept our most heartfelt condolences. May he be richly blessed for a life well lived and may God comfort you and all his family. Very sincerely, Phil and Francie Hoffman
