Eleanor Mae Mohn
ROCHESTER - Eleanor Mae Mohn, 82, of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at St. John's Hospice.
Eleanor was born on October 8, 1928 in Springfield the daughter of James Arthur and Margaret Mae McKenzie Mohn. She married Patrick B. Green; he preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Marion and Robert Mohn; two sisters, Jennett Mohn and Darlene Brammer; and one great grandchild, Ty.
She was the loving mother of two daughters, Karen L. (Thomas) Hewitt of Edinburg and Patsy L. (John) Jarvis of Springfield; one son, James P. Green of Springfield; one brother, Arthur Mohn of Springfield; one sister, Marjorie Phillips of Springfield; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She is of a Christian faith and enjoyed her family and being a homemaker.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Rochester. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Rochester, IL with Reverend Vaughn Beeman officiating. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery.

Karen, Patsy and Jimmy I'm so sorry to hear of Aunt Eleanor's passing, she was a sweetheart and I'll always remember when I was young and lived next door to her she would let me fix her hair and we'd watch t.v. together, I will miss her and I know she is being embraced by her loved ones in heaven, you and your families are in my thoughts and prayers.

Karen, Jimmy & Family, I am so shocked to see the passing of Ellie,What a great gal she was! I had so much fun with her in the good days at Buckhart Tavern,I will sure miss her, although I haven`t seen her for quite awhile. I can picture her right now, dancing with Spence & that cute smile!
