My sincere prayers go out to the Gibbs family. I knew Jim since the time we were in elementary school together in Edison. He was a remarkable person and a good friend. He will truly be missed.

To the family of Mr. Gibbs, please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. I have a son very close to the same age, and I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you. To lose someone so young to this awful disease is so tragic. I know that during difficult I have gotten strength and comfort from the promises and hope set out for us in the scriptures, especially the one found at Rev. 21:3,4 that tells us of a time when death and pain and tears will be no more. I hope you will be able to take the time to read it and also find a measure of comfort. Sincerely
