Mr. Kloke had such a tremendous impact on my life and has always been my "favorite" teacher. It has been 40 years and I remember 6th gr. like it was yesterday. I came across his name on the internet just about a year or so ago. I was researching "rock climbing" for my grandkids. He was an incredible person and I know he will be missed by many. To Mr. Kloke's family I extend my deepest sympathies for your loss. May God Bless. Ms Linda Fite-Yarbrough

I didn't know Dallas as well as I would have liked, but I know his son Steve well, as well as his other children. Dallas raised a great family, a legacy that will undoubtedly ripple for many generations to come.

Dallas was "The Man" when it came to North Cascades Mountaineering. His enthusiasm and drive will be sorely missed, especially amongst those who tied in with him. We will try and pick up the torch, but his are awfully big shoes to fill.

It is really heart warming to here all of the things Dallas had done in his life after high school. The people he helped with words of wisdom and a friendly smile. Dallas truly set the bar high. He was a true friend and classmate of mine and he will really be missed.
