January 2, 1980 ~ April 16, 1998
Once upon a time there was a blond, blue eyed little boy
His name was Matthew Michael and he was such a joy!
We watched him run and play with his very special pooch
Yes, they were quite a pair - our Matthew and his Mooch
And as we watched him grow up he was such a very loving guy
So when he decided to leave us we couldn't understand why.
We loved him with our souls - we loved him with our hearts!
We loved him when he left us - we loved him from the start.
Thirteen years have passed since you were with us here
Thirteen years of missing you - thirteen years of tears.
So fly our Angel boy and live in peace at last
We'll miss you in the future - we missed you in the past!
Our precious Matthew Michael you now live in heaven above
Surrounded by God's Angels and wrapped up in His love!
We love you and miss you, Matt - Your family
