We are so sad to lose our great friend Butch Hart before we could say goodbye. He will be sorely missed. We had such fun times with Kathryn and Butch at their home in Vancouver and Palm Springs and going to movies and dinner etc. Butch had a robust hand shake with a twinkle in his eye just like his life. Our love and best wishes for Kathryn and Butch's memory.

My GOD I couldn't have been shocked more than this. I had no idea that you had any issues Doc. I have missed you a lot since you retired and now you have gone to be with GOD. I think about you often and I still will keep you in my thoughts. I am sure we will see each other soon> GOD speed.
