Passed away June 1, 2011, surrounded by his family, after battling cancer. Bob was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 7, 1949, the fifth child of Bud and Elaine Jewett. Bob loved and was loved deeply by his wife, Nancy, and his children, Jennifer, Skip, Shannon, Kacy, his two grandchildren, Tyler and Sidney, and other family and friends.
Bob loved to fish, golf and travel. Bob would light up the room with his quick wit and unbelievable smile. Recently, Bob and Nancy traveled to Minneapolis to spend time with his brothers, Skip and Gregg, their wives and their families.
Bob's family would like to thank our special friends for their kindness and prayers. Bob will be missed. We know that Bob is safe and celebrating in our Lord's arms.
A celebration of Bob's life will be held on June 7, 2011, 3:30 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3606 S. Schafer. Memorials in Bob's name may be made to the Spokane Guild School or Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Uncle Bobby was such a "force" in my life. Although it wasn't often enough, when he came into my life, he left lasting impressions. I am a better person for knowing and loving him. Thoughts and prayers to you during this time. Wish I could be there!
