Marty,
I am missing your presence here on the rock. My world is out of kilter with you on top side. I know I am not the only one that has this part missing from their lives-just one of so many. I loved that you loved me. I am so blessed to have known you.

Although I never got the chance to say goodbye mom, I am comforted by the fact that I told you how much I loved you whenever we spoke. We had a special relationship and I will hold on to those times and thoughts forever. My life will never be the same without you mom. IN THE DEPTHS IF MY HEART I WILL FOREVER LOVE YOU....

I was so saddened to hear the news about Martha (Marty). I've known Martha since September 1960, she was the first and best friend I had when first moving to Grand Coulee. We had some fun times, those are memories I'm carrying with me. She was very giving and thoughtful, loved her mother, Erlene and her sister Margaret and brother Eddie. Unfortunately, I didn't have much interaction with Martha after high school, but during those 10-year reunions, we picked up liked we'd never been apart, I loved that about her. She talked most often about Dan, the absolute love of her life and her children. I will miss her dearly. My prayers and thoughts are with her family.

Aunt Marty,
Oh gosh, I'm going to miss you, your laugh, your beauty, your ways. You & Uncle Dan have held a special place in my heart for a lot of years. You both had a special place with Uncle Tim & Aunt Julia at mine & Troy's wedding; & remained close as the times changed. I will never ever forget our talks, our hugs & our understanding of eachother...nothing but love there. You were truly a one of a kind woman & I wouldn't have traded you or your attitude for anything. You have made a huge mark on me & everyone who ever had the chance to know you. I am so thankful that you & I were able to connect through emails in the last year & wish that the busy-ness of life could have slowed down to make the time for our lunch date. I love you SO MUCH. You're with Aunt Julia now, looking down at all of us & we'll be there to reunite one day....God Bless you & all my love to Uncle Dan & the kids.<3

I am so saddened by the loss of a good and loving friend. Despite years of separation since high school, we fell back into friendship with ease and incredible closeness in the last 3 years, and were looking forward to so much more in the future. She was an angel on earth who taught me much about slowing down to enjoy life. She dearly loved her husband, children, and grandchildren and spent hours on end sharing why each was so special. I will miss her beyond words. I hope we all are comforted by all she brought to life and I'm honored to have known her.

I am at loss for words when I got this news. I can say I will LOVE YOU FOREVER MARTY, as your nurse and good friend. I will always cherish our talks online, our laughter our sadness and our love for animals. Marty you were one strong woman always hanging in there pushing harder. You will be truly missed & in my heart forever. R.I.P and special prayers to Dan and the family to heal in this hard time.
