Our family enjoyed knowing Jim for many years. We had so many great memories of
Fish trap lake. We stayed there for a week for many years from 1963 until about 2004.
The kids all grew up and have many fond memories of Fish Trap. My son Marc decided
to go into Biology, and became a Fisheries Biologist for the State. The Kids and friends of
theirs always enjoyed the boating and fishing and campfires. Jim and Edith were wonderful people.

We have fished at Fishtrap for over 50 years. We now take our grandkids to enjoy the great times at Fishtrap. Lots of old memories with Jim and Edith. Always enjoyed Jim's fishing trips with us and his coming over to meet the entire family at our yearly campsites. We will all miss his stories and his friendship. He had a great life and spent much time fishing the lakes of the area. The Divens family will miss him.

To the family,
Jim was a great resort owner making memories for families at Fishtrap that highlite their lives. He was happy to help to see that the kids had a great time fishing. I spent many of hours listening to his stories over morning coffee.
