Dear Bud,
You lived a long and full life. I am proud to say that while I got to know you working for you as your assistant, many years ago, we remained friends over the years. Nancy was the perfect mate for you and I am so very thankful that you two are reunited after much too long apart and together you are reunited with Greg as well as numerous friends and family. Your wonderful dry sense of humor and even your eccentricities will never be forgotten as they along with your wonderful "doctor's heart" will be remembered forever. Lovingly unil we meet again, Sharon Hunter

Bud, Dr. Jones, my personal and professional friend ~ generous and kind in so many ways. I will always remember enjoying the symphony and tales of international travel. May Bud and Nancy be in each others arms again.

Dearest Bud,
Thinking of You and Your Beloved Nancy A. as Reunited in Peaceful and Exquisite Beauty; prayerfully, with the ultimate in melodic music. Joined with Greg ~ each of you in and with Healthful Joy; having learned so much about demonstrative caring and enlarging upon shared and diverse talents and interests.
Thank You for yours and Nancy's seemingly inexhaustible personal support, willingness to listen and choice to grow an intricate, but straightforward Friendship. So appreciated, your ever gracious hospitality from our very first meeting in Sun Valley ~ 1970. Too, always employing discernment, choosing an unrelenting and positive path to assist, as well as offering Your Love and Yourselves for others.
My most explicit, endearing vision and memory, Bud is Your depth and incredible patience in your emotional support and physical assistance for Nancy in later years. On the 'lighter side', I always think of you as my cursive writing travels below the line.....
Sending Love and embraces for You and Your Precious 'Family', including Siri, Betsy, faithful, irreplaceable Cindy, dear friend of long-standing Ceil Garceau, as well as to those gathered, as I, who so Love You.

Bud will always be apart of my families life. We think of him still as a family member, father, grandfather, friend, and comedian. Even in his last days he would sing "I am popeye the sailer man" "Three blind mice" and "The bear went over the mountian" He spoke of many of his dear friends both alive and thoes of his past. These last two years he has made new friends at the Atrium and I am so glad and proud to have a share in all of it. So the hole is huge in front of us now, but we are trying to continue on by learning to walk around it. Thank you all who have been there for me also, and my family. See you Friday at 1:30 at the Atrium main lounge for a day of remembering life!

Despite not having seen Bud for some 15 years since I left Sun Valley, even hearing his name evokes a "warm fuzzy" in every way. Generous and wry the times I did spend with him so long ago made good memories. I will remember he and Nancy as a couple with "big wings." Wings that took them far and wide around the world, and wings that they were always open to bring them into the hearts of people around them, and in fact to take shelter under when need be.
