Passed away on April 4, 2011 in Spokane. She was born on September 17, 1917 in Montana to James and Phoebe Kahler. In 1925 the family moved to the Spokane Area where she and her brother, Ralph, grew up. She married Roy Johnson in 1938 and had two children, Dale Johnson and Ellen Kennedy. She had nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren. She had worked for years as the secretary for the City of Millwood and was a member of the Millwood Presbyterian Church. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Pines Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sedoris to the charity of one's choosing.

My deepest condolences to Sedoris's family. I used to visit my mother at Twilight Manor and loved spending a little time talking with Sedoris. She always put a little light in my day. I will miss her.
