ANDERSON, Everett D.
(Age 79)

Died February 12, 2011 in Spokane, Washington. Mr. Anderson was born August 20, 1931 near Ewan, Washington to Floyd and Sophie (Brocklin) Anderson and attended school in Ewan. He served as a tank mechanic in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1952 when he returned home and married Melva White in 1952. Everett farmed with his brother and was a supervisor for the Whitman county road dept. He enjoyed the outdoor, gardening and fishing. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 910 W. 5th Ave. Suite 256, Spokane, WA. 99204 in his memory. He is survived by his children; Cindy Swegle (Dick), Dawn Bass and Lila Hartmeier (Kevin). Grandchildren; Heather, Justin, Matt, Amy, Kaity, Kyle and Lacey. Great grandchildren; Luke, Kendel, Matisen, Hailey, Logan and Makayla. Brother; Durward Anderson. He was preceded in death by wife, Melva in 2000 and his siblings; Melvin, Jim, Hilford and Phylis Smick. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19 at the St. John United Methodist Church. Cremation entrusted to SCHANZENBACH FUNERAL HOME.

Everett will missed however we know that he is in such a better place. He and melva are togther and enjoying that infectious laugh.
