Robert Volkman Obituary
(Age 82)
Passed away at his home north of Reardan, WA. He is survived by his two children, son Robert and his wife Cheryl of Enumclaw, WA and daughter Penny and her husband Audie McCurdy of Republic, WA along with his nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He also has two brothers Edgar Volkman of Walla Walla, WA; Leonard Volkman of Nine Mile Falls, WA and a sister, Phyllis Shepherd of Tennessee and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Selma Volkman and brother Walter Volkman. He is a Rogers High School graduate and a veteran of both the US Army and the US Navy and is a member of the Navel Air Reserve. A Memorial will be held on April 8, 2011 at 1:30PM at the WA State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA. STRATE FUNERAL HOME, DAVENPORT, WA is caring for the family.
