AYARS,
Sandra June
"Sandy"

Sandra June Ayars of Spokane passed away Friday, January 14, after a courageous battle with cancer. After spending most of her childhood in Kent, Washington, Sandy graduated from Colville High School in 1970. She then attended Spokane Falls Community College where she met Albert Lee Ayars Jr., her husband of 33 years. Sandy was a talented graphic and fine artist whose career spanned many years that included agencies and clients throughout the Spokane area. Her enjoyed times at Spirit and Priest Lakes inspired many of her paintings. She was a devoted and loving mother. Sandy is survived by her husband Lee, her son Albert, her parents, sisters: Kathy Ayers, Janet Nelson, Nancy Sliman, Patty McClean and brothers: Ben, Gary, Marty, Dan and Ron Hastings and numerous nieces and nephews. Hi Lee and Albert,

I can never say anything that would ease your loss, but my heart and best wishes are with you both. Sandy was a true treasure to me as an in-law and I will miss her, as, so will you. I am positive she will be with you in spirit and guide you through this terrible time. She loves you both and will inspire from within your heart. I pray that you find comfort in her spirit of love. Think of her often and smile when you do, for she will be smiling to be thought of.

God Bless

Wes

Dearest Lee and Albert,
My heart aches for you. Sandy was a dear woman, artist, and sister. Due to distance I didn't know her nearly enough, but I treasure the times we were all together. Her art will remain to radiate her beauty forever and I will always love her and her work. Know that I am loving you both dearly and wish I could somehow alleviate your pain. I pray for your comfort.
Always,
Darlene
